UK Mainland

Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 working days for our team to process and send it. Orders are processed on business days only, from our warehouse in England.

We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £60. This is processed automatically at checkout.

  • For orders below £60, the delivery fee is £3.
  • All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 which takes 2-3 working days.

International Customers

We know it takes a special leap of faith to buy from another country - so we really value every overseas order. 

For international customers, we ship using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for safety with end to end tracking and signature on receipt. Shipping is automatic at checkout based on parcel weight. 

  • Smaller items (our Fleetfoot running belt range) - £10 GBP / $12 USD
  • Large items (all backpacks) - £32 GBP / $40 USD

Courier processing times:

  • Europe - we anticipate delivery in 7 working days
  • Outside Europe (e.g. USA, Canada & AUS) - we anticipate delivery in 10 working days

    Please note that customers are liable for any import, duty and sales tax charges.

    Returns policy:

    Workplay Bags accept returns that are notified within 14 days of receipt. Please note to return an item all fabrics must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags. All items are subject to inspection on return to us.

    Please include a brief note describing the reason for return, your order number, your full name, address and contact details. Thank you.

    The cost to return sits with the buyer. We recommend using recorded delivery. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take 5-7 business days to process. The original price of the product will then be credited back to your original method of payment, subject to the inspection.

    All orders are quality checked before dispatch but in the very rare and unexpected case that your item is faulty, please send us a photo to One of our expert team will then diagnose where the issue lies and if it is a manufacturing fault.
