Q. What is our returns policy ?
A. Just let us know by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (01179548003) within 14 days to qualify for free returns in the UK. Just return the bag to the address below with your name, order number and we will arrange a refund upon safe receipt.
If you are outside the UK we will also be happy to accept returns when you inform us within 14 days of delivery to you and we will refund you both the bag cost and the outbound carriage cost, but we do not refund the return carriage cost.
Q. Do we ship to the USA?
A. Yes in fact we ship worldwide. Just enter your address into the checkout and it will calculate your shipping costs before you commit to buy.
A. We recommend wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Q. I would like to be a Workplay bags re-seller. What shall I do?
A. Please just email email@example.com and let us know about you and your business and we would be pleased to discuss how we can work with you.
Q. May I have a discount?
A. We do occasional special offers - and these are limited to our mailing list of customers - so please sign up to our mailing list at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not send a blizzard of email's so don't worry we will only write to you when we have something useful to tell you!
Q. Can I buy your bags in any shops?
A. Sorry - no we do not supply any bricks and mortar retailers.
Q. Will the bag fit onboard a plane as hand luggage when I am travelling?
A. We designed the (Goddess bag) to fit in the overhead flight locker and as hand luggage for most airlines. But please check the dimensions before you go!
Q. I have bought lots of your bags before - can I have a discount?
A. We make a point of looking after past customers and really appreciate your return custom. Just join our mailing list by emailing email@example.com, to receive special offers email newsletters.
Q. Do you have shops or distributors in the USA, Australia, or Canada?
A. Not yet but we would appreciate any recommendations who we could work with in future.

Q. What size will a Fleetfoot 3 Max ladies bum bag fit?

Basically it will fit a girl from size around 4 to size 22.
Q. Christmas purchases - Can I return a workplay bag if it's unsuitable after Christmas?
A. Yes, for the period between Black Friday up to December 24th - any goods purchased can be returned up until the end of the second week of January no quibble, for a full refund of the cost of the bag. The free postage returns applies to UK purchases only for 14 days from the purchase date. Goods should be returned in their original and unused condition and with tags and packaging if at all possible.
Q. Tracking: I ordered my bag without tracking but I received a tracking code - which does not work! When will my bag arrive?
A. If you order a bag without a tracked service - you will in fact receive a default tracking code. We are sorry but this code is a default code put in by the system and it will not work, it is for administrative purposes only. Your bag will arrive within the time frame as described at the checkout. Please ignore that tracking code if you did not order a tracked delivery service.
