We're thrilled to be entering the summer of 2022 with some exciting changes... A shiny new website and free* delivery!
Workplay Bags are an independent brand and we don't have a high street presence (yet) so it's really important that our website is easy to use for customers. Over the past few weeks, we've been beavering away making some changes...
- The launch of a new website, with refreshed modern branding, updated information throughout and brand new features to help make our website easy to use. We've added a field for customer orders notes, a proper contact form and express checkout options including ApplePay and ShopPay.
- The biggest news of all is the launch of free UK shipping on orders over £60*. Perfect for running pairs who want to match in their fun coloured running bags and buddy up, or gifts for family members who are taking up a new hobby (motivation in gear isn't a myth!). All other orders are now streamlined and have a £3 fee (instead of our old extensive and admittedly over complex list of options and costs). All orders now go tracked.
- International customers... we haven't forgotten you. Covid, worldwide courier service issues and delays don't make it easy but we want to make sure we do what we can to make it as smooth as possible to order from overseas.
Our old courier options meant it was really expensive but now we are really glad to bring this right down to $10 USD for a Fleetfoot running bag and streamline the structure. Our shipping includes tracking and signature on delivery, a super secure and reliable way to order across the continents. Please read here for the full breakdown.
