Here is a detailed description of the Gymwise.

This may just look like a backpack – but in fact it is like a small kitbag in backpack form. It has female specific fit shoulder straps and back length, and a ventilated spacer mesh back so you don’t get hot carrying it. The simple sleek shape hides some really useful compartments. In the base is a flexible expanding compartment specially designed to take your trainers or wet swim gear. On the front is a “quick access” pocket with a mobile phone pocket inside. In the main body of the bag is a removeable laundry bag so you can separate the clothes that need cleaning from the fresh equipment easily.

Open up the top of the bag – and you find a wash bag nestling in it’s perfectly sized mesh pocket – and in the back of the bag you will find the security pocket next to your back – which is lined with micro fibre so your MP3 player can be kept separate and scratch free. Finally on the outside are capacious side pockets, which have got the tensioner toggles hidden inside so they don’t catch on things when you are in a rush.

Finally – but importantly the shoulder straps are cut to be female specific – cutting away high over the bust and tucking under the arms for comfort.
